Who we are

Renting with JOY! is operated by SSS Properties ("we", "us"). By using the service you contract with SSS Properties and agree to these terms.

What we provide

Renting with JOY! connects Gandhinagar property owners with brokers. Owners list properties; brokers can pay ₹111 (one-time, tax included) to unlock one property's owner phone number, address and photos for 30 days. There are no subscriptions or renewals.

Acceptance

By continuing to use the service you agree to these terms.

Your account

Keep your sign-in secure and provide accurate information. You are responsible for activity under your account, and you must be of legal age and able to enter a binding agreement.

Acceptable use

You must not use the service unlawfully, commit fraud or send spam, infringe intellectual property, or interfere with security (malware, probing, scraping). Unlocked owner details may only be used to discuss the listed property.

Payments

Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns. Payment, tax, billing and refund mechanics are governed by Paddle's Buyer Terms: https://www.paddle.com/legal/checkout-buyer-terms.

Intellectual property

SSS Properties owns the service, its software, branding and documentation. You receive a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use it.

Availability

We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service, and we disclaim implied warranties to the extent permitted by law.

Liability

To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, and our total liability is limited to the fees you paid in the previous 12 months. Nothing limits liability for fraud, death or personal injury where the law requires.

Suspension and termination

We may suspend or end access for material breach, non-payment, security or fraud risk, or repeated or serious violations of these terms.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India, with courts in Gandhinagar, Gujarat having jurisdiction.
